A new social enterprise in the centre of Blackpool specialising in 14-16 education. Working in partnership with Blackpool Council and our partner schools to support a range of career-related activities.
Students progress to Apprenticeships or further study with the outstanding post-16 providers in the town.

David Hodge brings twenty-seven years of business, construction, training and development experience to the Blackpool Skills Academy, a Community Interest Company he founded to sit alongside his construction business operating across the Fylde.
A carpenter and joiner by trade, his early career saw him specialise in the heritage and restoration sector with many prestigious refurbishment and fit-out projects to his name. He went on to teach and lead training in large FE colleges and training providers.
